Following the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness, the European Union has developed functioning modalities for co-financing between donors.

This new direction has led to the setting-up of a pre-evaluation giving rise to direct contributions to an International Organisation so as to implement projects with a common objective.

This evaluation, called “4 pillars audit”, allows an International Organisation to use its own rules and procedures for projects financed by the European Union.

In that context, we support International Organisations to prepare for the “4 pillars audit” by drafting :

- Practical guides on contractual procedures
- Practical guides on financial procedures
- Guidance on internal control

but also through practical training courses, highlighting the connection between the financial obligations imposed by the EU and the International Organisation internal rules.

The International Organisations who request our services for the drafting of guides and internal procedures and related training sessions are :

Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation – Wageningen - The Netherlands

Comunidade dos Paises de Lingua Portuguesa – Lisbonne - Portugal
Centre for the Development of Enterprise – Brussels - Belgium
